Refund policy

BatCat FX does not offer returns or exchanges except in the case of receiving the wrong product or a damaged item upon arrival. If you have received an item that is not in accordance with your order, such as an incorrect size or style, please contact us at info@batcatfx.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your original receipt enclosed.

 

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost. BatCat FX does not provide refunds or exchanges for products that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to: change of mind, dissatisfaction with color or appearance, or accidental purchases.

 

Please note that shipping costs for returning incorrect items will be covered by BatCat FX. For all other cases, returns and exchanges are not offered.
