Shipping policy

All orders placed with BatCat FX are subject to our standard processing times. Ready-To-Ship products are typically processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase (Monday – Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. Made-to-Order silicone products are typically processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase (Monday - Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. However, depending on the time of season, processing time may be quicker during off-seasons, and longer during busier seasons (August through October ~ Halloween & Haunt Season, for example). Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment; it does not include shipping duration. Please note that during peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be extended due to increased order volumes. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, including relevant tracking information.

 

If an item is temporarily out of stock or delayed, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock date or offer alternative solutions. We reserve the right to extend processing times as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, including supply chain disruptions, high demand, or force majeure events.
